Welcome to this transformative program, designed to help you recognize that we are spiritual beings having human experience. By understanding the essence of your Spirit and the vibrational frequency you emit, you can cultivate a profound relationship with your Inner Power. This journey will guide you in harmonizing your mind, inner being, and personal power, enabling you to lead with intention and authenticity. Together, we’ll explore how to effectively influence your vibrational frequency to enhance self-care, leadership, confidence, finances, and relationships.

When you tune in, tap in, and turn on to your true essence, you are high on life, you feel good, are clear-minded, and your physical body is healthy. The Program Includes:
​Weekend Retreats: 2 Retreats
Join live, 1 in-person weekend day (1st required in person) to kick off the adventure and get grounded in the work and amazing community AND 1 in-person/online (optional) retreat weekend day to close the program in the 3rd month for hands-on: Coaching, Experiential Alignment Practices, Auto Suggestion Meditations, Written Work, Creative Expression and Focused Exercises to support you to Outline Your Business Growth, Leadership Goals or Intentions for joining us to transform your ideas into action. Expect Your Life To Change For The Best In Many Areas.
Monthly Group Coaching: 3 Group Coaching Sessions
Participate in 3 group Zoom sessions each month for alignment practice, coaching, guidance, mentorship, and community wisdom to help integrate new ways of being aligned with your vision and get major support in the integration of bringing personal power into manifesting your goals.
Partner Practice: 3 Sessions With A Well-Matched Partner
Connect monthly with a fellow Leading With Spirit member to achieve your goals. Within this container for growth gain Mastery, Accountability, and Sisterhood while sharing ideas, challenges, feedback, and successes. Outlines for Partner Practice provided.
Coaching Call With Jena: Three 1:1 coaching calls each month for 1 hour
Month 1: jump in, goal setting, write a plan for achieving goals, map your focus for avenues to success, connect, and do alignment (cultivating personal power) practices.
Month 2: Expand upon alignment techniques, share successes and challenges, focus on what's being called for to dig deeper in, face some truths, facts, and fears, identify what's holding you back, shed some mask, step out more fully as you, and become extremely clear on your program goals to ensure tangible results by the end of our journey.
Month 3: Birth the physical manifestation of your goals if you haven't yet, OWN your personal power in a new magnetic way, and process all the ways in which you have practiced alignment, tuned into your inner being, are creatively incorporating it into your life and work, and are
